Thank you @bru_charcuterie for hosting me for a short afternoon, the few days I had with the team was filled with joy and pleasure! Everyone was helpful which make it a very easy and enjoying event for all! I invite everyone to visit @bru_charcuterie when you are in the city of Lyon to explore Bruno’s creation! This weekend marks a special milestone of my culinary career, to be honored as Chevalier of Truffe and Foie Gras in France. I would like to thank the people I encountered in France for welcoming me with open arms and those who helped to make France feel like home for me. It was a pleasure and I will continue my work! @franceinhk @jouelestours

Growing up a city boy, I had never imagined myself working so dedicatedly on gardening. However, the idea of having a garden to learn how to grow some basic crops comes to mind quite naturally. I think, as a chef, eventually you will want to know the formation of your products, you will want to know what exactly you are working with, you will become curious about how to grow them. This past year has made me a deeper appreciator of farmers and their products. The work that has to be put in is immense, not to mention the wide & deep knowledge it requires; I found it difficult even just to manage a small quantity of it. Now, I will wait until winter has passed, then the gardening exploration will continues! Cannot wait to grow more different crops!:)

Here we are closing this amazing journey in Paris. Thank you the @longdistance_agency for the invitation at first place. Never in my life I have imagined myself demonstrating a masterclass in the Le Cordon Bleu @lecordonbleuparis I would like to thank @matias_sans_h for the work for the mise en place and your participation, @ambre68.bgn for accompanying me through the class and @mariehld__ for organizing all the small details so I can focus on my work. I remain humble and thankful. I will continue and the world champion is my next goal🥇🏆

So many people to thanks and so much to say I struggle to put them into words. Three years of time, there were laughters, tears, blood, arguments and more. Having lost every year, I thank myself for not giving up. Today, I am proud to say, I am the champion of pate en croute of France apprenti!🏆🥇 This journey was fullfiling and amazing but it has come to an end. Next will be for the world champion ! I will come back stronger! @championnatdumondepatecroute 🔥

Have had the best time of my life in the past 2 weeks. Feeling so blessed to be granted with the opportunity to learn and to experience in some of the finest restaurants in the world. This journey has inspired me so much on of how to be a cook but more importantly why to be a cook. So much to learn and see, the journey continues……
